Our underwriting partner has issued a reimbursement contract to provide manufactures enhanced product guarantees along side of their standard OEM warranty.  The program offers world-wide performance guarantees under a fully insured Performance Guarantee Program for all kinds of products, some examples include, DVD Scratch Performance Guarantee and Screen Protection Programs. These programs provide OEM's and clients the ability to guarantee the performance of thief product and to see identify opportunities to its clients to help curve the national trend of increasing  extended warranty claim payouts and decreasing premium revenues. 

Performance Guarantee is not a service contract and it's not sold at point of sale.  Performance Guarantee program is an opportunity for the OEM to increase the value of their products by enhanced guarantees. Services under the performance guarantee include customer support desk, product support and guarantee program administration.
