Are Service Contracts Underwritten?
Yes all the service contract programs at McCusker & Company are fully insured and backed by a licensed insurance company.
How long does it take to get setup as a dealer?
We can setup your dealership in 1 business day.
Do you extend terms?
Yes our resellers submit payment before the 10th day of the following month of the plan sale date. Onsite Service Programs we give a full 30 days from date of invoice.
Do you have a call center to support plans sold?
Yes depending on the type of program we support all our service contracts with a call center and contract management system.
Can you service products?
Yes we can service all consumer electronics, appliances, furniture, jewelry, lawn and garden, small appliance and mobile electronics like wireless devices, phones, mobile PDA/Cell phones.
How do I dispatch service events to McCusker & Company?
McCusker & Company provides Machine Buddy our online WEB based dispatch system. You can dispatch service events anywhere online and get status just by logging into your account.
